Plans change — here's how to cancel an order with Orizone BD.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us with your order reference through our contact page or track and manage it on the Track Order page.

After dispatch

Once an order is handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may simply decline the parcel at delivery, or follow our Refund & Return Policy after receiving it.

Orders we may cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the delivery address is unreachable, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel, we'll notify you using the contact details on your order.

Payment

As all orders are cash on delivery, no payment is taken in advance, so cancellation before dispatch carries no charge.
